Service
Bolt’s platform (“Platform”) is an AI-powered, fully automated qualitative market research tool that optimizes the process of gathering consumer insights by delivering comprehensive reports within 24 hours. It selects participants based on demographics, generates discussion guides, conducts research through a diverse sampling methodology, and analyzes the results to provide key insights and notable quotes
Clients (“Client” and/or “User”) utilize the Platform to articulate their specific qualitative research requirements, detailing the scope and objectives of their projects. Once the projects are initiated, Bolt's sophisticated AI moderators, equipped with extensive training, swiftly discern suitable consumer participants.
These participants are then engaged in thorough 30-minute individual in-depth interviews, facilitated seamlessly by the AI moderators. Following the interviews, clients receive comprehensive and actionable summaries encapsulating key insights and findings from the research, empowering them to make informed decisions based on the collected data.
