Clients (“Client” and/or “User”) utilize the Platform to articulate their specific qualitative research requirements, detailing the scope and objectives of their projects. Once the projects are initiated, Bolt's sophisticated AI moderators, equipped with extensive training, swiftly discern suitable consumer participants.

These participants are then engaged in thorough 30-minute individual in-depth interviews, facilitated seamlessly by the AI moderators. Following the interviews, clients receive comprehensive

and actionable summaries encapsulating key insights and findings from the research, empowering them to make informed decisions based on the collected data.
